Could you tell us more about your experience working off-farm and how you got involved with Farm Bureau programs?

In my state the by laws state to be a state YF&R Board Member "a majority of your income must come from production ag." is that a law across the nation?

Amanda, I don't believe that's a law in NC. We have many people on our state board who are not farmers, they work in agribusiness

How does one manage to sustain a farming operation when the market pressures for development (housing/ solar locally) far outpace the market for conventional agricultural land (legally)?

Can you talk about types of externalities that we may not have thought of?

Did increase for agricultural inputs follow the same increase as consumer goods? What is causing the decreased availability of ag inputs like fertilizer, parts, etc

Knowing that the money supply has been largely grown over the last three years with the Fed pulling back rapidly now, will we see stagflation like that of the 70s in the near future?

What can Farm Bureau do to help with the supply chain issues?
